As a Holistic Wellness Coach, I view holism as including the wellbeing of my clients' relationships. I believe that is essential.
Whether you need support with your partner, your child, your working relationships (or your mother-in-law), I'm here to help.
Based on neuroscience research and using an experiential approach, I specifically work with women to build strong intimate relationships with themselves and the people they love.
Trained in the Somatica® Method, I help women and couples live a life of deep intimacy, real connection, and optimal erotic enjoyment.
I am passionate about bringing our authentic selves into relationships and breaking down the barriers that hold us back from real intimacy, so we can create loving, long-lasting bonds.
